​Psychologist/LPA/LCSW/LMSW/LPC
Students: Ph.D. Interns (practicum, internship, and post-doc)
                  Masters (practicum or internship)
                  LPC Interns



Provide professional, psycho-social assessments and psychotherapy counseling as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team at nursing home facilities.  Some travel may be required.

Duties and Essential Functions:

Provide psychotherapy to residents and possibly at times, their families at nursing home facilities.

Work in collaboration with the psychologist/psychiatrist, nursing staff and other team members to contribute to the goal of providing integrated and focused quality health care services.

Collaborate in the development and implementation of an effective treatment plan and perform interventions according to this treatment plan and/or the nursing home policies.

Record treatment notes according to industry standards and company policy.

Submit daily service logs on a daily basis.

Perform other assignments as needed.

Session Technician


Session Technicians assist on-duty counselors as required in direct support of program goals and objectives. Session Technicians require self-confidence and the ability to exercise individual discretion or judgment.  They must have the ability to convey a positive and professional image to clients, staff and visitors. Session Technicians also must be able to maintain client confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understands and follows policies and procedures related to client and program rules and regulations to assure consistency in client services and program.

Communicates to therapist any inappropriate or suspected inappropriate client behavior.

Transports clients to various locations as directed by the assigned therapist and ensures their safe return to resident’s room or other location within the facility.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements: Must have basic knowledge of tablet operations
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds in the nursing home setting.

Administrative Assistant

Looking for a full time, bilingual administrative assistant to assist with front office duties. These duties include answering phones, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, placing outbound followup calls, assisting the office manager, assisting upper management, and any other administrative duties as directed by management.
